Q. What if my flight is delayed and I go over my pre-booked parking period?
A. You can pay for any additional parking time on your return.
Q. Do I need to hand my keys in?
A. In the Short Stay, Long Stay and Premium Car Parks we operate a ‘self-park’ policy, which means you park in the space you want, and keep your keys. If you use our fantastic new On-Airport Meet & Greet service, we will look after your car and keys - as if they are our own - and have them ready for you to collect on your return to Doncaster Sheffield Airport.
Q. Are there any disabled facilities?
A. Disabled parking spaces are located at the front of the Long Stay and Short Stay Car Parks, they are subject to availability.
Q. Is there a maximum car size, or any height restrictions?
A. We have no height restrictions in this car park, however please not we do not allow trailers, or coaches in the car parks. Any vehicles requiring more than one space must make a booking via the call centre on 01302 625500
Q. What happens after I have made my booking?
A. You will receive an on screen confirmation, detailing booking reference and instructions, please print this page for your records as you’ll need this information at the airport. We will also send you a confirmation email.
Q. What payment methods are accepted for pre booking?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Electron, Solo and Amex for pre-booking. We are unable to accept any other form of payment via this website.
Q. I need to change my booking, what do I need to do?
A. You can change your booking dates via the online ‘Manage my Booking’ tool. We no longer charge any administration fees for changes! Please note, some products booked prior to May 2017, such as Price Buster, are non-amendable - this will have been clearly displayed on the car park description page. For all new reservations from the 1st May 2017, you may amend or cancel your booking, free of charge, up to 48 hours before you're due to arrive at the Airport.
Q. I need to cancel my booking, what do I need to do?
A. You can cancel your booking, free of charge, via the online ‘Manage my Booking’ tool up to 48 hours before you're due to arrive. Please note that we no longer charge any cancellation fees, however, any booking or processing fees are non-refundable. We regret that we're unable to cancel or amend any reservations within 48 hours of arrival at the Car Park - this is clearly displayed on the car park description page.
Q. My vehicle details have changed what do I do?
A. You can update/amend your vehicle details free of charge up to 48 hours before your parking commences, via the online ‘Manage my Booking’ tool.

Q. What do I do upon arrival?
A. We operate an Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR), please DO NOT insert a credit/debit card into the car park barrier as you will be charged again. Please enter your car registration at the time of booking to ensure that you have a hassle free parking experience. Upon arrival at the car park, drive up to the entry barrier. The ANPR system will read the vehicle registration plate and automatically issue you with a ticket. (Please wait about 20 seconds for this process.) Remove the ticket, and the barrier will rise allowing you to enter. Please retain the ticket and keep it safe as you will need this to exit. Should the system fail to recognise your vehicle or the barrier does not raise for you automatically when you arrive at the airport, please press for a ticket.
Q. What do I do on my return from holiday?
A. On your return to the airport, please collect your vehicle and drive to the exit barriers. If you had to press for a ticket on arrival, please press the help button on the exit barrier and provide the operator with your booking reference number and Surname. The operator will then raise the barrier manually for you to exit. If the barrier raised for you automatically on arrival, please insert the original entry ticket in the exit machine, where the barrier will rise allowing you to exit the car park. Any additional stay outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff.

Q. How do I get to the car park?
A. Leave the A1(M) at junction 34 (Blyth). At the roundabout take the A614 heading towards Bawtry. The A614 runs into the A638 through Bawtry. Follow the A638 through Bawtry, heading north towards Doncaster. Approximately 3.5 miles after leaving Bawtry take a right turn into Hurst Lane, signposted for Auckley. Proceed along Hurst Lane for approximately 1.5 miles until you arrive at a crossroads with Hayfield Lane. Turn right into Hayfield Lane. Doncaster Sheffield Airport is approximately three quarters of a mile further along on the right after Hayfield Green.
By car from the west via the M62: Take the M62 eastbound towards Hull. Turn off the M62 at junction 35 and follow the M18 southbound. Leave the M18 at junction five and head eastbound on the M180, leaving almost immediately at junction 1. Take a right turn at the roundabout, heading south towards the A614 signposted for Bawtry. Follow the signs for the A614 and Bawtry. Travel through Hatfield Woodhouse and continue for approximately two miles into Blaxton. At the Blaxton roundabout turn right and follow the road, passing Walkers Nursery/garden centre on the left. Take the next left into Gatehouse Lane. After crossing the railway line take the right turn at the roundabout and continue for approximately 200 yards. The entrance to Doncaster Sheffield Airport is on the left.
By car from the east via the M180/M18:Follow the M180 to the end. At the roundabout, take the right hand lane and follow it all the way around, coming back on yourself so you are now heading eastbound on the M180 towards Scunthorpe. Leave the motorway at junction one. Take a right turn at the roundabout, heading south towards the A614 signposted for Bawtry. Follow the signs for the A614 and Bawtry. Travel through Hatfield Woodhouse and continue for approximately two miles into Blaxton. At the Blaxton roundabout turn right and follow the road, passing Walkers Nursery/garden centre on the left. Take the next left into Gatehouse Lane. After crossing the railway line take the right turn at the roundabout and continue for approximately 200 yards. The entrance to Doncaster Sheffield Airport is then on the left. Follow signs for ‘Car Park’ on approach to the Airport, keeping the terminal building on your left.
Q. How are parking charges calculated on this website?
A.Pre booked Parking is charged per day or part thereof. For example if you are travelling on a Monday and returning the following Monday you will be charged for both Mondays. All prices shown are in GBP and include VAT at 20%. All pre-booked car parking charges are subject to a booking fee of between £1.00 and £3.50; the amount will be clearly shown during the booking journey, prior to confirmation and payment being made. Car park charges will also vary according to;
- The time of year
- Location in regards to the terminal
- How far in advance you make your booking
Q. Why is there no availability for the dates I am trying to book?
A. This could be because;
- The car park is fully booked for all or part of your stay
- You do not meet the booking conditions for that product
- Discounted products such as Price Buster are only available for certain dates and have a fixed allocation of spaces for these dates.
Q. Will my car be safe?
A. All our car parks are official, On Airport and managed by Doncaster Sheffield Airport. We offer high levels of security, with high-tech CCTV systems, electronically controlled entry and exit barriers, and 24/7 monitoring. Furthermore, all our car parks have all been awarded the Park Mark award for safer parking so you can have the security of knowing your car will be safe whilst you are away. Cars are always parked at their owners' own risk, subject to the terms and conditions of the car park.
